Cancellation and Exchange your order

Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not have stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose.

All of the production processes is automatically made with AI. Thus we will not support you to cancel the order once our system received your payment. However, you will receive the order confirmation before we proceed your order. 

All the orders that were created immediately, so that we can not make any change/cancel on your order anymore.

    Can I change the order information?

    • If you figure out you put the wrong/ incomplete address and it directly caused the delivery failed, kindly mail to us as well as let us know what happened.

    • If you would like us to replace your parcel, please give us the correct shipping address, you also must be charged with the re-shipping cost. Please note, we will not take responsibility or process a free reshipment/ full refund on your returned order. 

    • If you would like to exchange the order, such as: size, color etc...please email us at warmandcozygifts@gmail.com within 24 hours.
