Cancellation and Exchange your order
Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand. We do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not as our customers actually want. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases.
All the orders that were created during the day, will be closed at 18:00 pm (-8:00) everyday. Therefore, a request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within the time frame of placing the order on the site. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/change your order any more. If your order is shipped out, we can not make any change/cancel on your order anymore.
In case, you would like to cancel the order, you must contact our customer support team by writing to email@example.com.

Changing the order information?
- All the orders that were created during the day, will be closed at 18:00pm (-8:00) everyday. Therefore, we do not accept any requests that are not sent within the time frame.
- If you have made a mistake and chose the wrong address to be delivered. Not to worry, you can change your address within the first 48-72 hours.
- If you would like to exchange the order, such as: size, color etc...please make sure your request is sent within the time frame.
